Hello...

I´m using inventua flash player module version 3.1.3, build 27, with dnn 4 to publish swf on web site.

Recently i have updated my macromedia flash player to version 9,0,115,0.

I have several problems with working swf in inventua flash player with this version of macromedia flash player. if the site is multilanguage, doesn´t work!! if i change the language, the swf doesn´t change.

Another problem is with the links inside the swf...they don´t seem to work...

Anyone have experience this?? There is a solution to solve this problem?? One module update??

Many thanks

If you do a "view source" on your page, what filename (for the swf) is being rendered? Is it what you expect?

yes...if i view the source code everything is ok.

This problem only exist on the version 9,0,115,0 of flash player, if i use a older version, everything works fine!

Instead of using inventua player, if i use direct html to publish the swf on a web page, it works!

I don´t understand why this happens...and this is a really strange situation, because many people use that version of flash player, and the swf doesn´t seem to work right on inventua module!

many thanks for the help, hope we can solve this issue

best regards

The problem may be to do with how the flash object is rendered. If you use IE, the module writes Javascript to dynamically generate the module (this is to avoid the "click here to use..." message in IE). Does your flash file use ActionScript that may be impacted by that? Do you have a link to your site so I can view the problem?

So i´ve made a simulation here, http://host2007.refreshmultimedia.com/ , and this don´t work on IE or in Firefox...

The SWF only have the getURL code...

You will need to add actionscript to let you know what is going on to sort out the problem with links in your flash - I'd suggest you popup an alert with the Url you are going to navigate to.
