We are checking out HRefExchanger on DNN 4.5 site.

We have a question:

  1. We have standard HTML/text modules with text, and in that text links to another page on the site. These links are all 'internal links'
In the URL-bar they appear as "Default.aspx?tabid=57" and not 'rewritten'
I understand you most probably can not do much about that, but on the other side, is there also a way to have these 'internal links' in a rewritten format. F.e. When I set the link, that I can select from a 'user-friendly format' of the internal pages?

when you have some solution for this, it would be great. For SEO it is very important to have the links also 'SEO friendly'.

Note: Now we will have two formats both poiting to the same page. This obscures the website-statistics and we don't know how Google etc. will treat such a phenomena (type of duplicate content).
Do you have experience with that?

HrefExchanger should rewrite links in your Text/HTML modules if they are pointing to your site, but they must match exactly what it is looking for (which is default.aspx?tabid=xx). If it's not working, can you give me the Url of your site so I can have a look and see if I can figure out why it is not working?
